Technology, understood as the set of knowledge applied to a specific field of activity, with emphasis on the scientific aspect, when used in teaching, represents what we specify as educational technology, being a relevant tool for the application, inclusion and strengthening of pedagogical strategies. The objective was to identify, in the scientific literature, technological tools used in teaching and learning in Nursing courses in Brazil. An integrative review was carried out in an academic database and 48 works were identified, of which 6 were duplicates and 10 works were selected. The main technologies identified were educational software, online learning platforms, educational games and hypermedia. The analysis revealed the use of educational software, online platforms, educational games and hypermedia in disciplines such as mental health, semiotics and intensive care. Although the number of studies is small for definitive conclusions, it is possible to identify a trend of greater adoption of educational technologies after the beginning of the pandemic, driven by the need to adapt teaching to remote and hybrid formats. Therefore, it was identified that there was a significant increase in scientific production on educational technologies, the reviewed data suggest a trend towards greater appreciation and implementation of these tools in nursing education, especially in times of pandemic.
