BERBEL E BERBEL EDITORA LTDA, annexer of the REVISTA CIENTÍFICA RECISATEC, was born from an inspired will and commitment of a professor, with more than 25 years of teaching in higher education courses and more than 15 years as coordinator of scientific journals at a university in the city of Guarulhos (Guarulhos University – UNG – with more than 54 years of leading role in academic training), to laud the publishing market for scientific research publications, placing itself entirely committed to welcoming all those who navigate the calm seas of the transmission of knowledge, discoveries and theories with the objective of breaking paradigms and improving the quality of life of society, consequently propelling national and international development.
