Author Guidelines

Conditions for submission

As part of the submission process, authors are required to verify the compliance of the submission with respect to all of the items listed below. Submissions that do not comply with the standards will be returned to the authors.

• The contribution is original and unpublished, and is not being evaluated for publication by another journal; otherwise, it should be justified in "Comments to the editor".
• The submission file is in Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, or RTF format.
• Where available, the URLs for the references were provided.
• The text is in simple space; uses a 10-point Arial font; employs italics instead of underscore (except in URL addresses); the figures and tables are inserted in the text, not at the end of the document in the form of attachments.
• The text follows the style patterns and bibliographic requirements described in the Guidelines for Authors on the About The Journal page.
• All authors must be registered in the journal and own Orcid.
• RECISATEC Magazine reserves the right to index its platform of articles on websites that its editors deem convenient for the proposal of dissemination of the journal, as well as the commercialization and advertising of the article, provided that the return, when any, is shared with the author.

RECISATEC Magazine

1. Articles must be unpublished and not published in print or electronic form. Proof of originality is the responsibility of the author(s);
2. Articles published in Portuguese, English, French or Spanish will be accepted. Only accepted papers with writing and or bibliographic review, because the version will be defined;
3. For the writing and presentation of the text it is necessary to adapt it to the standards of the American Psychological Association (APA) or abnt or VANCOUVER (in the case of the health area);
4. The classification of the Article by section, at the time of submission, may include the following dimensions: (may have more than one concomitant): Model / Unpublished Theory; Field Research / Empirical / Laboratory; Practical Applications; Case study and teaching; Descriptive and Critical Analysis; Bibliographic / Documentary Research.
5. On the first page of the article should contain the title of the work in Portuguese (centered and bold, capital letter), then the title in English and / or Spanish, when there is, in bold and italics, followed by THE ABSTRACT (line spacing 1.0), with a maximum of 250 words, KEYWORDS (at least three, recommended at most six) and SUMMARY, KEYWORDS, which should be removed and closed by period and then the introduction. Topics must be bold and capitalized, left-aligned;
6. Articles shall not contain the identification of the author(s). The identification of the authorship of the work should be removed from the article, thus ensuring the criterion of confidentiality of the journal, case submitted for peer review, facilitating the review by the Blind Review system that omits the authorship of the work to the reviewer during the review process;
7. Authors need to clearly present ideas, including the use of references. The papers should follow the format of the journal and, in general, are the following parts: (i) introduction, which means the purpose of the research (what the theme of the article, problematization, and what its purpose) and deals with its individuality; (ii) theoretical framework; (iii) research methodology or methods and techniques; (iv) results and discussion; (v) generation and recommendations; and (vi) revised bibliographic references;
8. Job Format: Office 97 word or later, Page configuration: Paper size: A4 (29.7cm x 21 cm), Top margin: 3.0 cm, Bottom margin: 2.0 cm, Left margin: 3, 0 cm, Right margin: 2.0 cm;
9. The text configuration should follow the pattern: Arial Source, body 10 (for the entire manuscript); Spacing between characters, words and lines: simple, for ABSTRACT, ABSTRACT and / or RESUMEN when there is and from the introduction, spacing 1.5; Number of suggested pages: minimum of 13 (thirteen), maximum of 30 (thirty), including references, references (bibliography) and text footnotes. The article may display more or less pages, depending on your contribution. The number of authors per article depends on the research in question. The suggested is a maximum of 10 (ten), but there may be an exception.
10. The article may not be submitted to simultaneous evaluation in another journal;
11. The Editor may or may not accept the article submitted for publication, in accordance with editorial policy;
12. The Editor may or may not accept an article after it has been evaluated by the double-blind system, which guarantees anonymity and confidentiality of both the author (or authors) and the reviewers;
13. The Editor may suggest changes to the article both with regard to the content of the matter and in relation to the adequacy of the text to the drafting and presentation standards (APA); or ABNT; or VANCOUVER (for the case of healthcare)
14. The article approved for publication will be submitted to the final edition and the orthographic and grammatical review;
15. In the OJS system, adopted by RECISATEC, the author(s) will have (s) the submission of the article refused by the system if it does not accept (in) as exclusive, originality and copyright clauses;
16. The editor and / or any individual or institution linked to its collegiate bodies is not responsible for the opinions, ideas, concepts and positions expressed in the texts, because they are the sole responsibility of their author (or authors);
17. Comments are made in standardized evaluation forms, having space for personalized comments, which are forwarded to the author (s) in case of conditional acceptance, corrections or refusal;
18. Abstracts must be in two languages, preferably in Spanish and English;
19. It is necessary for the authors to inform ORCID in their submission database.
20. The article should be submitted only online through the website.

Relevant observations:

1. Submit the article in word. The CCP can be in pdf. The article submitted in word cannot have identification (name of authors);
2. Submit an additional file, in word, attached, with the cover page, also, of the authors' names, title, institution, and footnote with the address of the first author and the e-mail of all authors;
3. You may publish your article in the following languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish and French. If your article is in another language, please contact the editors responsible so that we can verify the possibility of publication.
4. All authors must be registered in the Journal RECISATEC and must include the respective Orcid;
5. If you or the co-authors do not have Orcid, you can register on link para obter seu Orcid

7. The names of the authors must be complete, always in their correct order, without inversions, as well as the e-mail of each, as no corrections will be made later.

 1- WORD format, submitted without containing the names of the authors;

2- One should use Arial, font 10, in A4 format (page);

3- For the ABSTRACT of the article, simple space, with a maximum of 250 words. For the article text, space 1.5. THE ABSTRACT must be in Portuguese and English (or Spanish);

4- Title of the article Portuguese, English and Spanish, must be in capital letters and in bold;

5- All authors must be registered in the journal RECISATEC and have ORCID. How to get ORCID, click http://orcid.org/

6- The use of images, tables and illustrations should follow common sense and preferably the maximum file size to be submitted around 10 MB (ten mega);

7- The Editor may suggest changes of the article in relation to the adequacy of the text to the rules of writing and presentation (APA), or ABNT, VANCOUVER (for the case of the health area);

8- Make a spelling correction before submitting the article;

To attach the requested files: Access the Magazine system with login and password > Submissions > Queue > Click on article > > Evaluation > Reviews > Send file (> drop-down box will appear with article components, click the arrow and the labels for the files will appear: Article | Archive (Final article within the template); Proof of payment of the fee.

When you click SEND FILE (you can't drag the file), choose the label of the > file to select the file on your computer's desktop > click continue > to click continue > click finish.

Do these steps again for each file you attach. MUST BE ATTACHED ONE FILE AT A TIME.

Titles must be filled with letters in UPPER CASH.

After completing the Titles and Abstracts in the 3 languages click on "Save".

Update contributor (Authors) data. To perform the updates you need to follow: Submissions > the > Click in the article > Publication > Contributors. When you click "Contributors" will appear the list of co-authors (who are the authors who have already been registered in the submission).

If there is a need to include more authors you should click "Include co-author".

To verify the data of each author you must click on the blue triangle in front of each author's name. When you click on the triangle, the Edit buttons will appear; Delete; Include User. Click Edit and check the data of each author. Do this on all authors.

Authors' names should not be filled with upper-case letters.

Place the Keywords in the right column in the Portuguese and Spanish languages.

After you enter keywords, click "Save" one word at a time.

Course Completion Paper - CCP

This Category CCP of the journal RECISATEC brings the opportunity of our reader to publish his work of completion of the course: Graduation, Specialization, Postgraduate lato sensu and MBA, with DOI - Digital Object Identifier, which will bring a great differential, together with the academy and the labor market. The formatting for publication (standards for references) is the same as that of ABNT and/or VANCOUVER for the health area, which also offers its Guidelines for Authors. Therefore, the CCP, after its exposure, will have greater visibility, thus contributing more information and scientific knowledge to our readers from all over the country and abroad.

The editorial board of RECISATEC, understanding that the work of CCP has already undergone guidance and an examining board does not see the need to go through evaluation again, thus raising the author's responsibility to submit such work, which should be in accordance with the guidelines of the journal. Even so, the work will have an editorial follow-up appropriate to RECISATEC.

The scientific journal RECISATEC aims to promote and disseminate studies in the areas of teaching and research, in Health Sciences and Technology focused on health.

Of the definitions;

1. a) "WORK" - means literary material of intellectual authorship of the respective authors, such as article / review / CCP / translations / images / video / interviews / others, whose marketing rights (provision of access and consultation), belong to the AUTHOR, as well as any and all existing updates.
2. b) "DIGITAL CONTENT" means the set of all WORKS, made available by the author and co-authors to the MAGAZINE RECIMA21, in a format accessible for electronic reading, which can be accessed through a digital platform or other available technology, and which will be made available by the AUTHOR to the RECISATEC Journal.

Declares the author to be the sole and exclusive holder of the property rights of the works that integrate all the digital content submitted in the JOURNAL RECISATEC. It also declares to have all marketing rights, permission for temporary access, reproduction (in whole or in part) of the whole or parts, for publication purposes. RECISATEC Magazine grants permission to access and/or share as digital content, similar or similar, in EPUB3, PDF or any other technologically possible format, for access by third parties for any purpose for any specific purpose. It declares that in relation to the contents respected and observed all property copyrights, pursuant to Law 9.610/98.

The sending of any DIGITAL CONTENT, automatically implies the full AUTHORIZATION of copyright to the Journal RECISATEC, being able to publish, display, give temporary access to third parties and distribute the contents in any and all territories in which the JOURNAL RECISATEC carries out activities as well as the rights to make access and consultation available, belonging to the website of the journal RECISATEC, (site of the platform of publication / dissemination of access to articles). RECISATEC will have the freedom/right to index the journal on any platform or indexing directory, national or international, without having to communicate or consult its writers.

The set of all WORKS (articles, reviews, CCPs, translations, images, videos, interviews and others), in physical or digital format, were legally provided by the writers when the submission of their works on the RECISATEC platform.

This AUTHORIZATION occurred at the time when the article was registered and the submission by the author or authors, accepting the copyright conditions set out in the RECISATEC Journal21, which complies with national and international standards for the dissemination of digital content.

DISCLAIMER

It is explicit for all purposes of law and that if transfer is made, that I take full responsibility for the ideological and referential contribution conferred to this work, exempting the JOURNAL RECISATEC from any and all reflections about this article / work that I submit to publish. I am aware that I will be able to answer, civilly and criminally in case of proven plagiarism of the production or any topic that raises ideological/political issues.
