The articles/reviews/TCCs published in the Revista Científica Saúde e Tecnologia RECISATEC are made available instantly and permanently to all readers, free of charge, as a way to make society's research accessible. Thus, the scientific community and the general public have free, unlimited and immediate access to the content published in this journal through the Internet.

RECISATEC Magazine publishes articles under the Creative Commons Attribution License which allows the work to be used, downloaded, copied, redistributed, remixed, transformed and constructed in any medium, without restrictions.

The copyright of the open access content is maintained by the author(s), being protected by Brazilian and international laws, but the work published in the journal automatically implies the full assignment of the rights to the Revista RECISATEC. As well as marketing rights (sale and provision of access and consultation), they belong to Revista RECISATEC. The Journal has the freedom/right to index the journal in any platform or indexing directory in the world, without having to communicate or consult its writers.
