Abstract

Burnout Syndrome or burnout syndrome is characterized by chronic excess of occupational stress that leads to emotional and physical fatigue, influencing the reduction of the individual's capacity. High productivity at work is something common these days, people want to produce more, quickly, knowing how to better manage their time so that they don't get too tired and are practical. The aim of the study is to understand the difference between a productive individual and one with Burnout syndrome, based on the literature review carried out through the following databases: SciELO, PubMed PsycINFO and Science Direct.
