Abstract

High performance is desired by many athletes who aim to make their mark on the world. It is known that genes are a considerable part in athletic abilities, but there are other factors such as personality, good habits, and several other details. The goal of this study is to uncover pathways that lead athletes to achieve better performances. The study provides an effective path to achieve this performance with mental training, body care, mental health, as well as confirming that high performance is trainable.
